The annual day “Shrishti began with great zeal, each one involved in the event was excited and enthusiastic to be a part of this fun filled day. The programme was scheduled for 2 shows – one in the morning and the other in the evening.

The Chief Guest for the morning show was Ms. Nafeesa Tanveer Ahmed, the Director of Presidency Group of Institutions. We had Ms. Shoba Managoli, a clinical psychologist and consultant in the field of training, mentoring and clinical psychology, as our chief guest for show -2 in the evening. Both the guests felt honoured to be a part of the show and they were very happy to see the tiny tots dance to the different tunes.

The programme began with an invocation song and lighting of the lamp. This was followed by a welcome address .Then, the chief guest’s addresed the audience.

The show was divided into 3 segments. The first one depicted the ‘Milky Way Galaxy’, the second showcased ‘Earth’ and the third one ‘Continents’. Our young ‘Paulites’ were very thrilled and excited to be a part of the show. They were all set to perform and enthrall the audience their dance performances.

First, the little ones performed for the first segment ‘The Milky Way’ – as stars, sun and moon. Then they performed for the second segment ‘Earth’ as ocean (starfish/mermaid) and a jungle dance. Finally, our dear children performed for the last segments ‘Continents’. They performed beautifully depicting the various continents like Antarctica wherein, they were dressed as penguins. Then we had them performing for Asia, wherein they performed an Indian dance Rajasthani and Japanese dance. This was followed by the next continent North America, where in they performed as Red Indians and Eskimos.
